You really feel welcome in this place

What a wonderful stay I had at Casa Yoyosa! I stayed in Casita 1 (downstairs) and I enjoyed it so much! Your own private parking, your own entrance, very large private terrace, I felt like royalty. Every day I enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains, the colorful bougainvillea and the sound of the crickets. The villa sits on a mountain, yet in 10 minutes you are in the center of Xabia, within 10 minutes you walk on the boulevard and enjoy the incredibly beautiful blue sea. Everything was well taken care of by Yolanda and you really feel welcome in this place. I hope to go back as soon as possible!

What a fantastic place to spend our summer holidays. The apartment has a beautiful location, great views and is in a quiet place. The pool was lovely and spacious. The appartment looks great, was clean and fully equipped.

Thank you Yolanda! We, two adults and a child with the age of 4 years, have been in the lower apartment the whole January in 2024. We had a wonderful time there. The apartment was clean, sunny and warm if needed. A wonderful view over the landscape from the terrace which was also a good and safe playground for our youngster and the whole day a sunny place. The nice beach and shopping is ten minutes by car. Yolanda is always reachable and a lovely friendly host. Javea/Xabia is really something special in this area and with no skyscaper skyline. Thank you again!

A piece of home

Already almost on our way to having experienced all the seasons of this beautiful place. It is a lovely appartment and by now a piece of home, as we stayed there for a few months in winter. And came back a few more times in spring and summer. Working, cooking, a movie on the couch and swimming laps in the pool. During winter, going out to get wood for the fireplace. What more could you want. Beautiful views, a great starry sky and crackling wood fire. And certainly not forgetting the super fine and loving contact with Yolanda. Such a place, on top of the mountain where you can completely unwind and certainly get new inspiration.

The view is magnificent!

Located in a beautiful region, Casa Yoyosa in Xabía is a well-maintained, very clean, beautiful quiet villa. Really nothing is missing, everything has been thought about with care. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. Air conditioning (did not need it), mosquito nets everywhere and there is even heating if necessary. It is located between the mountains and the view, admirable from the spacious terrace with bbq, is magnificent! You can enjoy the peace and sun until late. The almost private pool is clean and very welcoming. Nice that the photos match the reality. The reception/farewell and communication with the host Yolanda is correct, quick, loving and pleasant. My second home

I have stayed in both appartments at Casa Yoyosa and I cannot choose which one I like more. Both have beautiful views, great terraces, they are very tastefully decorated and really fully equipped. Yolanda pays a lot of attention to detail which makes you feel like you are at home. They are not thirteen in a dozen holiday appartments, but spacious, beautiful homes in which a lot of attention, energy and love has been put into. It is very quiet, there is a nice energy and the appartments have their own swimming pool. A lovely place for holiday, workation or retreat. I have already called Casa Yoyosa my 2nd home because I will come back here often!

A home away from home

The view from Casita 2 was beautiful and Yolanda is a very attentive host. The appartment was really complete, clean and a home away from home. We spent wonderful December weeks there and we will definitely be back. We can't wait for our next stay.

Definitely highly recommended!

Appartment in a very nice villa near Javea (good to have a car). Everything is as described on the website, clean and with all the trimmings. Lovely area to relax and see the beaches of the Costa Blanca. The pool with lounge chairs is a great plus, definitely recommended!

A great place to spend the winter

Yolanda, you got it perfectly right. We found Casa Yoyosa a fantastic place here to stay and spend the winter. We have been here for 2 months (Feb and Mar) and had a super time. Our stay was in the downstairs appartment with fabulous views. Fully equipped appartment with even a pallet fireplace, which you do need in these months as the nights are colder. The disadvantages were, that the bathroom had no heating (note: this has since been changed!). And the appartment is a bit noisy, you can hear the presence of the upstairs neighbours. There is no washing machine in the downstairs appartment at the time of writing (note: being worked on!), so we had to go to the Laverie. The surroundings are great, you can make super nice walks. You are quietly on the mountain and not far from Javea town, L'arenal beach and the shops. Yolanda, thnx for your hospitality.
