This spacious, ground-floor appartment is the top appartment (Casita 2) in the charming villa Casa Yoyosa. It sleeps up to 4 people and features two spacious double bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a very spacious terrace.

Like Casita 1, this appartment also has all the privacy you wish during your holiday, such as a private entrance, a spacious private terrace/garden and private parking.

The somewhat higher location of Casa Yoyosa and the large amount of windows in the living and dining room of Casita 2 make this appartment beautifully light and gives fantastic views of the mountains of Javea and its surroundings all around. This also makes this appartment a lovely and warm stay for the winter months.

The large private terrace surrounding the apartment offers lovely spots to enjoy both the sun and the shade, the tranquillity, the views and the most beautiful sunsets.

The wonderfully spacious swimming pool (12x6) is big enough to swim a few lengths and also a nice place to relax on your lounge chair reading an exciting book or listening to music with a nice cool drink with lemons from your own tree (so good!). And because you share this pool with the possible guests of Casita 1, you might make some nice new connections here!

Want to get out and about? There is plenty to do in the vicinity.
At 5 minutes' walking distance from the villa you will find a huge forest and if you like playing golf, you can be on the golf course within 5 minutes, where you can also enjoy a delicious meal. The cosy beaches, magical coves and picturesque villages of Moraira and Javea can be reached in less than 12 minutes' drive (a rental car would come in handy!). In short, an oasis of peace, nature and culture, all nearby.

In the winter months, Casita 2 is 'longterm' for rent from October - April. Please contact me for rates.
