Casita 1 is the downstairs appartment of Casa Yoyosa and sleeps 4-5 people. The appartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, including one double bedroom with a double bed, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom with a single bed.
The living room has a cosy open-plan kitchen and seating area, and for the winter months there is a cosy pellet fireplace to keep the apartment nice and warm in the evenings.
But during the beautiful spring and summer months, with the insane views from this apartment, you will probably spend most of your time outside. Enjoying the beautiful sunsets on your spacious private terrace. Taking a refreshing dip in Casa Yoyosa's pool, which is big enough to swim laps. Or a nice cool drink with lemons from your own tree (so delicious!) on your lounge chair in one of the nice spots in the garden.
Want to get out and about? There is plenty to do in the surrounding area.
At 5 minutes' walking distance from the villa you will find a huge forest and if you like playing golf, you can be on the golf course within 5 minutes, where you can also enjoy a delicious meal, by the way. The cosy beaches, magical coves and picturesque villages of Moraira and Javea can be reached in less than 12 minutes' drive (so a rental car is handy!). In short, an oasis of peace, nature and culture, all nearby.
Casita 1 (like Casita 2) has a private entrance, a spacious private terrace/garden and private parking. You also have access to the 12x6 swimming pool of Casa Yoyosa, which you share with possible guests of Casita 2 (upper appartment). So who knows, you might even make some very nice new connections here!
In the winter months, Casita 1 is available for 'longterm' rental from October - April. Please contact me for rates.
