Casa Yoyosa is a beautiful and quietly located villa in typical Spanish style in Javea, also called the pearl of the Costa Blanca.
The villa accommodates 9 people in total, divided over the two separate appartments. Due to the layout of this villa, the two appartments are setup totally independent from each other with lots of privacy. They each have
their own entrance, spacious private terrace and private parking.
Casita 2 (upstairs) has 2 spacious double bedrooms (max 4 persons) and Casita 1 (downstairs) has 2 spacious double bedrooms and a single bedroom (max 5 persons). The appartments can be rented separately, but also the villa as a whole and therefore it is perfect for e.g. a holiday with 2 befriended families or a large family. Both groups have their own appartment and privacy, yet still enjoy the pool together.
Due to the higher location of this villa, the eye-catcher in both appartments is the amazing view all around. During the day you can see the beautiful mountains and green forests all around you. And when evening falls, you can enjoy the sun slowly disappearing behind the mountains and the sky changing from a red, pink, orange colour palette to a magnificent starry sky. With flickering lights of the surrounding villages in the background.
Casa Yoyosa's spacious pool (12x6 metres) is completely private when you rent the entire villa.
Want to get out and about? There is plenty to do in the vicinity.
At 5 minutes walking distance from the villa you will find a huge forest and if you like playing golf, you will be on the golf course within 5 minutes, where you can also enjoy a delicious meal. The cosy beaches, magical coves and picturesque villages of Moraira and Javea can be reached in less than 12 minutes' drive (so a rental car comes in handy!).
So whether you want to lounge and relax in the sun with a good book or some music. Or whether you prefer a more active and cultural holiday. It is all possible here in the area. And this region also has the healthiest climate in Europe!
