Both apartments have their own entrance, private terrace, and private parking. The pool is shared for both apartments.
A huge forest is 5 minutes' walking distance from the villa. If you like playing golf, you can be on the golf course within 5 minutes, where you can also enjoy a delicious meal. The cosy beaches, coves, and villages of Moraira and Javea are less than a 12-minute drive away. In short, it is an oasis of peace, nature, and culture, all nearby.
Downstairs apartment
The lovely downstairs apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double bedroom with double bed, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 single bedroom), a living room, and a bathroom. But probably, with the insane views from this flat, you will spend most of your time outside, enjoying, for example, the beautiful sunsets from your private terrace, a refreshing dip in Casa Yoyosa's large pool, or a nice cool drink with lemons from its tree (so tasty!).
Upstairs apartment
The spacious, ground-floor upstairs apartment in Casa Yoyosa sleeps up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms (2x doubles), a living room, a separate dining room, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace. The bright flat has fantastic views of the mountains of Javea and its surroundings, with the most beautiful sunsets due to the large windows and spacious terrace.
Both flats in the villa have a private entrance, a spacious private terrace/garden and private parking. Both apartments share Casa Yoyosa's swimming pool. Flats can also be rented separately. If you rent both flats simultaneously, you will receive a discount. Prices depend on the period.
